ABUSE OF POWER.

King Herod failed to empower his people, in fact, he drained power from people in a continual grab for power. Now look at the ugly symptoms gathered from his leadership style: (Mathew 2:3-18)

1. He leveraged his power against any possible competitor - vs. 4
2. He used people to serve his own selfish purposes and interest - vs. 7-8
3. He lied in order to project the right image - vs. 8
4. He reacted with fury when he didn't have his way - vs. 16
5. He was more interested in what he benefit as a leader than the benefits and his concern for his
    people - vs. 16
6. He sought to destroy any potential threat to his rule and leadership - vs. 16-18

As a leader, the concern and benefit of your people in your administration; and through your leadership style, should be your priority and utmost goal. Why are you different?
