What qualifies a person to be a leader?
Most natural leaders don't aspire to be great and good leaders; they aspire to be great and good persons. Personal qualification leads to leadership qualifications. When leaders lead their own lives well, other naturally want to emulate them. Leaders COMMAND respect and not DEMAND respect.
